Making a return? No problem!
We’re sorry your order didn’t work out! Let us make things right. Please read through the Returns Policy below.

U.S. Returns Policy

The following applies to domestic orders only. CrossFit™ Stuff does not ship outside the U.S. at this time.

Items must be received back to our fulfillment center within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and with the original packaging and tags.

Items not eligible for refund:

  • Final sale items
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Damaged or worn condition
  • Items received after 30 days

A refund will be processed within 4-7 business days after our returns center receives the product(s).

Returns are on us! Receive a full refund back to your original payment method. Just follow the steps below. *At this time, CrossFit™ Stuff cannot exchange items.

How to make a return:
Step 1: Email crossfitstuff@crossfit.com. Make sure you include “Return” in the subject line, as well as your order number in the email.
Step 2: Answer the Returns Questionnaire sent by our customer support representative. After you’ve completed the questionnaire, you’ll receive a shipping label at no cost to you.
Step 3: Print the shipping label.
Step 4: Pack the item(s). Place your return in a securely sealed shipping package.
Step 5: Send it in. Make sure the shipping label you printed is on the package securely, and that there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it.
