U.S. Returns Policy
The following applies to domestic orders only. CrossFit™ Stuff does not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
We will gladly authorize returns of items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging, with tags attached (if applicable).
How to make a return:
Step 1: Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. Make sure you include the order number, email used to place the order, and the reason for your return.
Step 2: Once we receive your email, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
Step 3: Print the shipping label.
Step 4: Pack the item(s). Place your return in a securely sealed shipping package.
Step 5: Send it in. Make sure the shipping label you printed is on the package securely, and that there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it.
For small parcel packages: Returns are on us! Receive a full refund back to your original payment method. Just follow the steps below. *At this time, CrossFit™ Stuff cannot exchange items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item itself is damaged or defective.
For larger items shipped via freight, customers will be responsible for shipping back to our fulfillment center or vendor partners when applicable. There is also a 20% restocking fee on large items, such as the CrossFit™ StairStep & Incline Mats and the CrossFit™ Edition Assault AirBike®.
Items not eligible for refund:
- Final sale items
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Damaged or worn condition
- Items received after 30 days
A refund will be processed within 4-7 business days after our returns center receives the product(s).
We do not currently offer exchanges, as we cannot guarantee we will have what you want at that time. We recommend you place a new order for the style, size or color you want, then contact customer service to begin the return process.
