Pricing and Availability; Prohibition on Reselling
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars; taxes, shipping and handling charges are additional. All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order and to discontinue products or services without notice, even if you have already placed your order. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled by us, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. You may not purchase any item from the Site for resale by you or any other person, and you may not resell any item purchased from the Site. All prices are subject to change without notice and you agree that taxes may be adjusted from the amount shown on the billing screens. Several factors may cause this, such as variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates.
Canceling an Order
We cannot guarantee an order cancellation or change. You may call our Customer Support line at (831) 300-1730 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a cancellation or change of order. We will do our best to accommodate the request. However, you may also return your order for a full refund.
Shipping and Handling
You can expect your items to arrive by the estimated delivery date, which is shown for each item during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please also note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
Payment; Credit for Refunds
Only valid credit cards or other payment methods made available through the Site may be used to place orders through the Site and all refunds will be credited to the same card or, in our discretion, other payment method. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated credit card or payment method and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, handling and any other amounts described on the Site) to that credit card or other payment method. If the credit card (or other payment method) cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled automatically. Regarding "Your Account," you agree to keep all payment cards or other payment method information current and that we may submit charges for processing even if the credit card (or other payment method) has expired or changed by the time we submit it. You must resolve any problem we encounter with your credit card or other payment method in order to proceed with your order.
Risk of Loss; Other Terms of Sale
The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you through the Site pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. In addition, we do not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, we do not take title to the refunded item.
Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information on this Site
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any applicable orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled by us, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
